Download Certificates: Managers Guide

To download certificates for managers:

  1. Go to the Users tab in your Manage tab.
  2. Click View next to the relevant user.
  3. Click View on the course tile.
  4. Select the relevant completed course tile and click the download certificate button on the pop up.
  5. You will be redirected to a new tab with your downloadable PDF.
  6. Click the download icon to save it to your device and click Save. You can also print from this page by clicking the print icon.
