Forgot Password

If you forgot your password:

  1. From your log in page, click Sign in.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your training account.
  4. Click Reset password.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and follow the on screen instructions.

Note: Password reset emails are only sent to users who’ve already completed registration. Not set up yet? Ask your training team to resend your invitation email or reach out to our helpdesk hello@tayl.net
