Resend Invitation to User

If you have a user who hasn't signed into the platform, as a Line Manager you are able to resend their invitation to them.  


  1. From the Manage Area, select Users
  2. Click View against the user
  3. The system will inform you if they haven't signed up yet:

  1. Click View their invite code

And you can click Resend invitation email or copy the unique invitation URL and send from your email address to the user.  

As an alternative, with the Invite Code, the user can then select Don't have an account?  Sign up on the login page, enter the invite code and create a password to login.
