The Manage Area

The manage area lets you assign courses and check your team's progress.


The tabs at the top of your manage area let you report and assign training based on users, content or groups.


Users



Uploading Users

You can add users individually or by bulk upload. If you have a HR system already in place you can also add your users via an integration.


You may also want to upload your team's previous training records. If this is the case, please get in touch with us at hello@tayl.net.


User Reporting


You can see in the user tab how many completed, due, and overdue task each user has. You can also explore your user progress by downloading a CSV or clicking into the user for information about what courses they've been assigning.


Users Details

You can click into each user to see more details about the user. In this area, you can assign courses and content, see what groups the user is a member of, and adjust the user permissions in the settings area.

By clicking any of the content tabs, you can see what content you've published and which users have been assigned what content.


You can also go into more detail and individually assign users content and see when they completed each piece of content.

Groups (Departments, Roles, Locations, and More)


Groups let you assign courses to multiple users at the same time. When you add users into a group, they're automatically assigned the content that is in the group and any content added to that group in the future.


Groups are handy to ensure everyone in your team with the same responsibilities is getting the same training materials. You can also change the group names in the settings to whatever best suits your needs.
