The Settings area is where you can manage your own preferences and fine-tune how the Tayl platform works for your organisation. Whether you’re updating your personal details or configuring account-wide settings, everything you need to keep the platform running smoothly lives here.
Personal & Manager Settings
From here, you can:
- Access helpful support documents
- View and update your profile
- Change your password
- Manage your personal notification preferences
- (Managers only) Set preferences for your weekly summary email report
Account Settings (Administrators Only)
Account Settings give you more control over how the platform looks, behaves, and connects with other systems. Here, you can:
- Add your own branding & change your learners welcome message
- Set login and security requirements and create magic links
- Manage the system emails and notifications sent by the platform
- Adjust the number of overdue reminders are sent to users
- Create and manage additional user custom fields (for example, employee number or phone number)
- Manage integrations with your HR system
- Generate self-sign-up links for your teams
- Update group names and filters
- Apply maintenance mode to temporarily take the platform offline
- Access your billing area
