Reset a Users Password
If you have a team member who has forgotten their password, you have two options:
- Ask them to click the 'forgotten password' functionality on your log in page. This will send them an email with a link and they can reset her password and log in from there. Here's our Help Document on how to do this.
- You can reset their password, and then send them an email with the temporary password you have created. They can then log in with that temporary password, and the system will ask them to create a new password before logging in.
- Go to the Users section in the Manage tab and click view on their name to enter their profile.
- Click on View details
- Select Change next to Password
- Update the password
- Click Save.
- Inform your team member of the new password, asking them to enter this on the login page
- They will be prompted to create a new password before gaining access to the system.

Note: Password reset emails are only sent to users who’ve already completed registration.
